Whoa. Creepy. And yet I can totally believe it of Mitchell- his struggle that he keeps on at even though you can taste how jaded, how cynical and how cruel he can be in this fic. How maybe the monster is really all he is underneath the layers. Definitely this is a side of the character we don't see often on the show, and your glimpse into this side is so haunting and lyrical and just really well done. :D
Sex and death... reminds me of Anne Rice, and yet it's so much more heartbreaking because there's this realistically written desire of his to be the vampire and NOT be the vampire. It's all jumbled and contradictory. And now I'm rambling. Hah. But I really enjoyed this!
