The newtrekslash community seems to be pretty good. I posted up a drabble and got a friendly response, and there's some nice fic on there too to suit all kinds of slashy pairings. Not found anywhere that covers anything gen or het yet, though, so I'm still looking and taking recommendations. Let me know if you find anything and I'll do likewise :)
