I've just been having a chat with Helen, who is leaving work today to go to a new job. I'm very upset. I did consider attaching her to the chair with manacles, but someone said that would be in breach of our dignity at work policy or something, so I've been told I'm not allowed.

We are having her leaving do next weekend, for which we will be going to Quasar. I'm seriously concerned that I am going to turn into Mike Watt, and we've already spent half an hour talking tactics and I've been appointed to get red Rambo-style headbands and cammo face-paint for our team. We went to have a look at their website, and I firstly got excited by this:



Hell frickin' yeah! And then in the image gallery I spotted this:



Bad Wolf! At Quasar! *squeaks*

It was at that point I had to be physically restrained and returned to my desk...

I'm so soooooo  tempted to take flipchart paper, print off the centre layout and orchestrate some kind of strategy briefing before the session. We've already agreed to learn these by next week *sniggers* I'm getting carried away, aren't I? Shoot! Drop! Roll! Let's go! LET'S GO!!

I think I might need a lie down...

I can't wait! Mr G is, like, the most competitive person on the planet and he's on a team with me and my boss who is TOTALLY going to take this seriously. It's going to be a riot =D
